Clamp a strip of plywood or other straight material to the work piece at the right distance to guide the saw shoe while cutting the line. English and Metric Dimensioned Blades for Production Cutting
NIABRAZE electroplating process bonds a highly concentrated mono-layer of diamond to the base steel circular blade using a nickel matrix. Diamond encapsulation is approximately 50% to ensure proper adherence while still have the other 50% of the crystal exposed to cutting. This creates an efficient and aggressive cut and long blade life.

Blades can be either continuous, slotted, or segmented and have anywhere from a square edge to full radius.
